Last updated: June 18, 2026
North South VC, LLC ("North South Ventures," "NSV," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at northsouthvc.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here. If you have questions about this policy or your information, contact us at support@northsouthvc.com.
Who we are
North South VC, LLC is a venture capital firm organized as a limited liability company in the State of Delaware. We invest in early-stage companies and use this Site to share information about our firm and to receive materials from founders and others who wish to contact us.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly. Our Site uses online forms to collect information you choose to provide. These forms are powered by Google Forms (see "Third-party services" below). The information we collect depends on which form you use:
• Pitch / deck submission form: your name and email address, your startup's name and website, a link to your pitch deck, your sector, a description of your business, your personal LinkedIn profile, your region, your target valuation, any supporting documents you attach, and how you heard about us.
• Contact form: your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
• Newsletter subscription: your email address.
Please only submit information you have the right to share, and avoid sending us sensitive personal information that we have not asked for.
Information collected automatically. Our Site is a static site and does not run analytics software, tag managers, advertising pixels, or similar tracking tools. We do not use cookies to track you across websites. However, when you load a page, our hosting environment may record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your request as part of routine server operation and security. In addition, our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and basic technical information when your browser requests those fonts (see "Third-party services").
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
• review pitch submissions and evaluate potential investment opportunities;
• respond to your messages and inquiries;
• send you our newsletter or other communications you have requested;
• operate, maintain, and secure the Site; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
How we share your information
We share your information only as described below:
• Service providers. We use Google to power our forms and to serve fonts. Information you submit through our forms is stored in Google’s systems on our behalf. Google processes this data subject to its own terms and privacy commitments.
• Within our firm and with co-investors. Materials you submit, including pitch decks, may be reviewed by members of our team and, in the course of evaluating an opportunity, may be shared with our advisors or with co-investors who participate in diligence.
• Professional advisors. We may share information with our lawyers, accountants, and other advisors as needed to run our business.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
• Business transfers. If NSV is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Third-party services
Our Site relies on a small number of third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
• Google Forms / Google Workspace. All form submissions are sent to and stored in Google's systems. See Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Google Fonts. Our pages load fonts hosted by Google, which may log your IP address and technical request data when fonts are served to your browser.
• LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter). Our Site links to our profiles on these platforms. These links only transmit data to those services if you click them, at which point that platform's own privacy policy applies. We do not embed LinkedIn or X tracking tags on our Site.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies on this Site. We do not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta/Facebook pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads, or similar tools.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including evaluating opportunities, maintaining our records, and meeting legal obligations. Where we decide not to pursue an opportunity, we may retain your submission for a reasonable period for reference and record-keeping before deleting it.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You submit information to us at your own risk.
International data transfers
We are based in the United States, and the services we use, including Google, store data on servers in the United States. If you access the Site or submit information from outside the United States, including from Europe or the United Kingdom, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, and the right to ask us to stop sending you communications.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@northsouthvc.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.
California residents. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including the rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of it. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To make a request, contact us at the email above.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including LinkedIn and X. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
